A charismatic man with a sense of duty along with ambition to claim the throne. He felt it was his time when no one would yet be of age for years to come. History may treat the matter however it would, but the States needed a capable ruler in the times at hand.

A non descript leader of any one great quality. His time was spent in court and attending to his small family. The neighboring Grail kingdoms and their plight had awoken a sense of purpose in Maros to lend a hand if possible while keeping the peace within the States. With no qualities of magic himself and no advisors around capable of such dweomercraft he did order the Society of Magic constructed within Pontezium. If not him, then his heirs would have such wisdom and knowledge at their disposal.

Exarch Rehme

The young Lord came to power in his early 20’s with the advantage of private tutors and the best trainers available. It was said Rehme had some of the guile of his grandfather and the concerns of Maros. One thing was for certain, great thought would go into a way he could make his mark upon the Crusader States.

Regent, Sir Waylan
Ruled 2904 - present

Perhaps the toughest job given to a man in recent times. Watch over the kingdom, but ensure it is in good shape to pass along to another. Waylan is a schooled diplomat and Lord in his own right yet he carries on the goals of the States.

Sir Beau, Protector of the Realm
At a young age he proved his worth in all manner of duties to the line of Bradley. Eventually called to be mostly a Man at Arms defending various regions, this he did well. Rehme one of his finest students had something in mind. At the time the elder veteran carried it out to the best of his ability.  In this capacity Sir Beau was assassinated while on campaign in the Stoneheart Mountains.
